“I arrived late and had to depart early; the Front Desk receptionist promptly assisted me with transport arrangements for the following morning. Very clean room and bathroom.”
“Facilities and location were brilliant”
“Bed very comfortable, best hotel pillows I have had for ages, toiletries nice as well. Staff super helpful. Eggs Benedict at breakfast were superb, other food v. good too.Lovely to have a small garden.”
“Reception staff and breakfast room staff were helpful. The hotel was quiet and well ordered despite being next to a very busy road. It's well situated for trips into central London via the underground or a 20 minute walk to the museums in South Kensington or 30 minutes to the shops of Knightsbridge.”
“Bar, restaurant and rear garden. Close to museums. ”
“The Hotel itself , it’s a beautiful atmosphere , the location.”
“Very good staff and comfortable hotel. Modern and with all the basic facilities. Food was good and there is a tiny bar area that was adequate.”
“I got the single room, and must say it was one of the comfiest rooms I've stayed in in London! It was for one person but didn't feel cramped at all, like most rooms do in London. There was a double bed, full closet, tea/coffee, a mini fridge and safe. The shower was small but water pressure was amazing, and they provide toiletries from the white company. Love. My favourite part of the room was the comfy bed and the massive window and lovely view of west London! It could not be easier to get to from Heathrow, just take the Piccadilly line to Earl's Court and it's a short walk from there. Ideally located for tube into central London as well, and perfectly situated for wandering around south west London on foot. They do have a restaurant (which I didn't try - but looks like they have good options). Left my bag there after check out, went into central London and popped back in to get my luggage on the way back to the airport - perfect. Staff were lovely!”
