“The hotel where very accommodating. We went for our 30th wedding anniversary and the hotel provided champagne and chocolate with a card upon arrival. The whole weekend was beautiful, thanks to the hotel for the wonderful service”

“Nice location on the water in Douglas (no water view from our room, though). There are bus stops nearby, or you can walk to downtown Douglas. There are also a couple of good Pubs nearby. The bathroom was nice and modern. There was a heater, but no A/C that we could tell. The windows crack open to get some fresh air, and there is a fan in the closet that you can set up. Breakfast is GREAT!”

“The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and gave very good service. The duty manager, Dominik, was exceptionally friendly and helpful and went out of his way to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. During our stay the weather was unusually warm and humid at night. When this was brought to Dominik's attention he instantly supplied us with an additional fan. We would stay at the Rutland Hotel again and recommend it to our friends.”
