“We cancelled as we were not informed of the noisy music they were having on Wednesday night. Had to pay $85 for a motel so my six year old grandson could get some sleep. When we booked it I was told that it would be a quite night no entertainment. That morning the manager decided to have a pre finale celebration for football. Our daughter had to leave early the next morning to travel 3 hours to catch a plane. Also your ad said $40 yet when I rang the hotel they said it would be $55 . A very expensive night as she also had to catch a taxi costing $11 to go to the motel which was further away but more suitable. The cost of the evening accommodation totalled $96 and the initial cost of $55. They did refund $40 so left an outstanding $15 which made it $111 for one night. Not impressed and reluctant to use the site again.”
