“Bed is good and comfortable other are acceptable as I did not have much to stay at the room. Trip was pretty rush and I usually leave early towards south on the next day. Overall was great and I do not have any complaint.”

“Very family friendly hotel. Cot and babysitting services (extra charge) available. Cab is always available and staff will always help carry our luggage and belongings. Can request for hard pillows too. They also provide mobile phone for guests to surf net and make international phone calls. ”

“I came down with a bad cold the day I checked in, and the manager not only upgraded me to a suite, but had a staff member call daily to ascertain how I was doing. The hotel graciously provided me with 3 litres of Evian water a day and offered to send me soup. My rooms were excellent. Very clean; great view of mountains to north of city. All staff were extremely courteous and spoke perfect English as well as Mandarin. Room service food was of highest quality. I will stay at this hotel on all future trips to Taipei and cannot recommend it more highly.”
