“Beautiful boutique hotel with an impossible-to-beat location; right in the downtown, walking distance to most sights and beside a pedestrian walkway with lots of great restaurants. Cannot say enough about how great the staff were here - we had a last-minute flight cancellation due to Argentina strikes and they were incredibly helpful in calling the airline, the tour companies, etc. since our Spanish wasn't great. Very personalized service - they remembered your names and welcomed you when you returned.”

“This place is amazing, I was completely surprised given the neighbourhood looks a little run down. The rooftop pool has a view to die for and whilst it was too cold to swim, the bar is right next door so I enjoyed a few sundowners. Santiago sunsets are quite spectacular. The staff and super helpful and very lovely and the rooms are huge and the minibar is free. The location is very close to cool bars and restaurants, as well as metro stations and shops.”
“We stayed at The Singular for 2 nights. We were a family of 4 with two adult children-ages 22 and 25. It was outstanding! The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooftop bar is lovely. We had dinner in the dining room which was delicious and the location is perfect. You can walk to all major attractions/areas of the city. Lastarria has some amazing restaurants/bars right down the street-lots to choose from. Chipe Libre is great for a Pisco Sour and if you continue down the street Cafe Lastarria is lovely. The hotel stored out bags as we had to check-out before our night flight and allowed us use of the spa to change for our return trip home.”
“We finished a three week trip in South America with a two-night stay at the Singular. We had been staying in small hotels and private rooms in hostels and decided to splurge for our last few days, and it was worth every penny. The staff are very nice, bilingual, and they were able to answer lots of questions for us about where to buy souvenirs and how to get to different points of interest in the city. The neighborhood is excellent- easy access to museums, restaurants and other points of interest. There was a good breakfast in the morning. The room was comfortable and clean. The drinks and snacks at the rooftop bar were really good.”
