- The hotel offers a free shuttle to the Winter Palace from Tuesday until Sunday. The shuttle departs from the hotel's main entrance at 10:30, 14:00 and 16:00. The return shuttles are at 11:00, 14:45 and 16:45. The shuttle can stop along the route upon request.<br><br>Please note that registration fee for foreign citizens is 250 RUB per person.<br><br>Please note that a deposit is required upon check-in. The sum remaining after usage of extra services is refunded at check-out.<br><br>Please note that guests can visit fitness centre free of charge. Spa centre is available at surcharge of 1500 RUB for 2 hours per person. Children younger than 12 years old are not allowed to visit the spa and wellness centre.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
