“The location was fabulous, bed was comfortable, quiet & very welcoming, staff was very helpful & provided excellent directions, great value.”
“More affordable than the Royal York across the street, but just as convenient to everything. We liked the evening tapas (buffet). Selection was good (healthy) and it was reasonable at $9.99. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Good selection, quiet cozy atmosphere (no kids) and reasonable at $16 including coffee and juice. We could also order off the menu if we wanted a lighter breakfast. Only loud-mouthed business people ruined the atmosphere.”
“our room was a little small but the king bed was very comfy. Hotel very clean and cute! Staff great. Location was terrific. We walked everywhere we wanted to go in TO.”
“Excellent location and great value for money , staff very helpful to. WE will certainly stay again when we visit Toronto again, which we intend to do in the New Year.”
“We liked the location of the hotel and the proximity to Union Station. The breakfast was good.”
“The bed was very comfortable! And the staff is always friendly. There is no hotel parking, but the green p is right beside the hotel and the rate to park there over night is pretty standard.”
“I checked in late and decided to have a quick meal in the pub. The room was almost empty, and one table was very loud. One person was using particularly obscene, offensive language. The staff made no effort to quiet the table.”
“Room very small no chair or desk to do paper work for family ...Still like a bar of soap in place of a soap dispenser”
“Close to everything! Self parking is easy if you don't mind stairs. Free internet. Staff gave us a quiet room away from the street as requested.”
“Good localization with very close subway and central station. Also, it is very close to the Toronto Tower. The room and bath sizes are quite small, but there is a closet for luggage. Some of front people are very informative and helpful, but not all. I did not have breakfast at the hotel.”
