“The hotel is lovely. Staff were very helpful & friendly. I stayed there for five days. I would have preferred if the room cleaning occurred more regularly. My room was only cleaned once during that time. I know that the hotel was very busy at the time so perhaps this was not the norm.”

“We received waffles on arrival! The hotel was lovely.. very bright, clean, modern & fun. The staff were very cheery & helpful. The restaurant/bar had delicious food that was reasonably priced. The bed was really comfortable & it was so quiet & peaceful to sleep. There was shampoo, body wash, coffee/tea, fresh towels, soap, bottles of water, a TV & a hairdryer in the room ready for you. We were able to check in early & keep our luggage in a safe luggage room when we checked out for no extra cost. Couldn't have asked for better.”

Having a bar and restaurant close by was great and was easily accessible by the metro from central to hotel. We found it was nice to go back to the hotel which was out of the main centre but we could be there in less than 10 mins. The hotel upgraded us and allowed us to check in early 9am which was a massive bonus! The room was massive and clean and even had a coffee machine!
