“The hotel is fantastic with large rooms and a wonderful bathroom (shower and tub). As great as the facilities are, the staff is even better. Polite, knowledgeable and unfailingly helpful. If you have the time and any interest in history, take the hotel tour. Well worth 45 minutes of your day.”
“My partner and i have stayed at the Palace for many years, 3 times this year alone. We would not consider staying anywhere else in Mumbai. The whole Palace experience starts at the airport where the hotel car and driver are waiting to get you effortlessly to the hotel. In room check in is great, no waiting in reception. The concierge have your luggage to the room within minutes of arrival. The butlers are on hand to ensure anything you require is promptly provided. You dont have to ask anyone in the hotel twice. It is unfair to mention individuals as everyone works so hard to make your stay the most enjoyable experience you may ever have in India. However my exception is Margaret in the salon who has worked in the hotel for 35 years, sadly who is to retire this December, I will really miss her.”
