“Great character, quirky (tiny doors to rooms), friendly staff.”
“The staff was accommodating upon arrival although surprised to receive a phonecall at approximately 7.45pm to ask whether we were still arriving and to be informed the restaurant shuts at 8pm and that we needed to check in by 10pm otherwise the hotel will be closed to us. Was not given any indication when booking that booking in would be time limited.”

“I booked a single room with a quirky small door which had not been changed since Tudor times so was unusual and interesting but nice and cosy .nice period beams,suits of armour ,red hot bathroom,toilet ..great breakfast by a roaring fire in the morning and a bar on site . I never tried the food but will next time I am here for sure”

“The building is amazing. Steeped in history and really querky, which I loved. The staff were really friendly. We needed to be out of the hotel by 8.00am and they brought breakfast forward to 7.30am for us as it usually only starts at 8.00am. For the price I paid it was great.”

“The staff were great and a we felt we got personal attention. The location was ideal for walking up into Warwick for the nightlife, walking to the racecourse, and walking to the castle. The breakfast was very enjoyable, and other guests were friendly. We really enjoyed this historic building with its quirks. We will be booking again soon. :)”
