"The Venice Raytour Hotel Shenzhen" was the best choice: gorgeous interior, comfortable room, and excellent service. Hotel staff helped me to organize a surprise for my fiance: provided a room with a nice view, decorated it, prepared amazing cake, helped me to check USB flash drive to play a video, which I prepared for him. Our bathroom was decorated with rose petals that made our evening is really romantic. During the preparation and whole that day they kept contact with me and immediately reply all my questions. I want to say big thanks for the warm welcome and special thanks for Arianna Orma and Helen Guo that help me to make this evening really special!”
“Great location across from Windows on the World with the Holiday Plaza right next door. We like this hotel because of its location near OCT and Shekou Port. Lots of restaurants, ice skating rink and the MRT right next door. Fabulous pool! Indoor and outdoor in a great setting. Great hotel for a family. The room was large and comfy. Perfect for two adults and a 9 year old. We were upgraded to a delux. The breakfast buffet can be crowded and chaotic but a great selection of western and eastern food.”

“We loved this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were all helpful and friendly. The bar/club in the pool area is done in a beautiful art deco style, although it didn't seem fully open the night we went (no one serving drinks). There was a jazz band one of the nights we were there and being able to sit and enjoy them after a nice swim put this in the category of hotels I would happily recommend.”
