“First, I did not book a kitchenette, I knew I was booking a facility with a microwave and refrigerator. Those worked fine. The first night we stayed in a regular room and felt a bit claustrophobic. Hotel management allowed us to upgrade to a corner room with more views and space. Worth paying upgrade! We loved the Birdcage elevator.”
