“This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in and certainly the best hotel in Lugano. Excellent service and the view of Lugano from the room is amazing through the huge sliding glass door leading out to a good size balcony. But my favorite part about this hotel was the complimentary electric Smart Cars at your disposal. So much fun. Will definitely be back.”
