“The rooms were clean, tidy and had everything u needed for an overnight stay. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. Good variety of food at breakfast and was all cooked well and not cold. Good selection for adults and children. Staff couldn't b more helpful. On the main town high street so u can access bars and restaurants. Not many parking spaces at the hotel but we were aware of this before we arrived.”
“I was staying on my own and had gone to Warwick for my best friends funeral. The staff knew this and were so lovely. They let me keep my case at reception after I'd checked out and pick it up later that night after the wake. They allowed me to check out half and hour late as knew I was emotional and even got a cab for me to the crematorium. I couldn't have asked for better service, thank-you to everyone I spoke with. The facilities are also excellent and great value for money.”

“The staff were really friendly, especially the lovely girl on reception. We stayed in a family room which was perfect for us. Kids loved the bunk beds ! It was clean and well presented. The breakfast was buffet style and was really nice. My husband especially liked the black pudding - said it was the best he'd had ! Breakfast was busy when we went as everyone had decided to go at the same time so we were seated in the lobby area but this wasn't a problem for us. We stayed there to visit Warwick castle and it was in easy walking distance to that and the town centre with lots of restaurants etc. Would definitely stay again.”
