“Beds were big and comfy, sodium bicarbonate hot spring was excellent, tea leaf that's complimentary is of good quality and more than enough. Location is superb as its quiet and scenic and its only a short walk to the town, with an alternative of private transport to/fro town.”
“The rooms are beautifully designed. Every room faces the water. Only difference would be lower floors might be partially blocked by some trees. The in room tub with onsen water is the best! Really good for the skin. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is buffet. Dinner is set meals.They change the menu everyday so you wont get bored of eating the same foodif you stay multiple days. Also included is access to the skywalk. Great view, not for the faint of heart walking on the glass for sure. can ask the staff about discount for boat tour tickets if available during the season you are visiting. location is on the start of the bus route for sun moon lake bus, so makes it very convenient to tour around the area on land. Also at main ferry stop. Its actually nice that the breakfast and dinner is included as there isnt a lot of food choices in the area. Besides ferry and boat, there are also bike rental stores and rental car around to get around.”
