The hotel room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I know people complain on these reviews about the flight noise from LAX but all you need are earplugs, put the air conditioning on low and you won't hear a thing. We slept extremely well. Check in staff were efficient & friendly. No over charges. Don't be put off staying here by negative reviews. Our stay was problem free.”
