“We wanted non-smoking. We got smoking, after a clean. We request non-smoking due to my wife's allergies. The cleanup did not disguise the fact. We had booked the room many months prior. Maybe if the allocation had been made then, there would not have been a problem”

“The hotel is really close to the castle. You ever can see the castle through your windows. But it's not close to public transport point. The shuttle bus from hotel to train station runs every hour.”
