“perfect location - we did a City Pass - and went to all the best activities - we walked the city at night and enjoyed every moment - The one bedroom suite had three walk in closest, kitchen - living room - was perfect for our small family and 5 year old to play”

“A very clean and spacious suite with a mini kitchen. Tasty coffee was provided (with a self-making machine). We were in a room with a fantastic dome- view, though it was reflected/mirrored in a skyscraper exterior across our window. The receptionist was kind. Ah, I liked iced lemon water in the reception hall. Although we had to use an adjoining Irish-pub for breakfast, we were very well looked after there. They serve second drinks and you can choose any breakfast (set-menu such as Irish Breakfast, American Breakfast, etc.) for a fixed price.”

“I stayed three weeks in a 1BR suites with my family. The hotel is good located near city hall, and we were lucky it was thanksgiving and we could watch the whole thing from our balcony. The room is spacious with full equipped kitchen, and the master bedroom had a very comfy bed and pillows. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had to check out little late and they were quite flexible with it. We used the gym facility several times, the gym is okay with some weights cardio machines, and a scale.”

“Windsor Suites Saved my Thanksgiving! We were booked at another Hotel But they turned away my payment when I got there with all My Thanksgiving food and Children in toe. I booked this hotel while I was still there and they were more than happy to have us. A Guy named Chris checked us in and my son (7) handed him a drawing he sketched. Chris was so hype to see that he could draw so he wanted my son to draw one for him. We went to the Thanksgiving parade which was my first time and I live in Philly! it was soooo much fun, thinking about making this a tradition! We were there Wednesday - Sunday They helped us pack all of our food and luggage and escorted us to our Lyft. Chris got his "Flash" drawings, i hope he likes them! “The only complaint I have about this hotel is the location. Of Course that's not an easy fix. I am from south jersey and we are not accustomed to traffic. It took about thirty minutes just to travel about 4 blocks. So leave on time if you are in town for an event. The staff was very nice when we checked in . The valet personnel was very nice as well. We ordered room service which came in a timely manner. For the price I was very impressed with the room. The view is not impressive but not the hotel room itself made up or that.”

“The accommodations were the most spacious I have ever stayed in. The room had a balcony which was a bonus. The room was immaculately clean. The staff was super accommodating. We stayed for the Philly marathon and it was a great location, a short walk to the start/finish line and the course ran right in front of the hotel. We could see the runners form the balcony.”

“The location is wonderful for museum visitor. The room is large enough to have a longer stay.”

“The WIFI was fantastic. I was able to connect to our server back in the office in Europe and this does not always work out but your WIFI connection was so fantastic that I was able to work while I was at the hotel and it was super- took alot of pressure away.”
