“Big room with 2 queen beds, balcony in rear above secluded, restful patio area. Large dressing area with sink, next to roomy wardrobe closet, separate from shower and toilet. Soft towels. Each bed had 4 unusually dense, cube-shaped pillows, very cozy. Spacious desk. Armchair and ottoman. Wide array of toiletries. Complimentary water and snacks. Good buffet breakfast included, featuring Peet's coffee and Dickinson's preserves and jams.”
“It's perfect. The staffs are very kind. The price was charged differently from fee as reservation. They explained why the price was different very kindly. It's for the number of members being changed. They were remembering and serviced all what I ask for when I booked. So I stayed very easily and comfortably. All staffs are so nice and polite. All facilities, room, beds and so on are clean and comfortable. Only a bad thing is nothing bad.”

The newly updated gym was great. Very convenient location for Stanford visits. This was our third stay at Zen and it gets better each time.”
