Important Notice
- Due to safety reasons, children under the age of 10 are not allowed into Thermae 2000.<br><br>Guests are kindly requested to note that it is recommended to make reservations for wellness treatments in advance.<br><br>Please note that as a general rule:<br>- It is obligatory to wear swimwear in the thermal baths.<br>- It is obligatory not to wear swimwear in the sauna.<br><br>On Thursdays in the spa, it is 'no swimwear' day. On these days it is not allowed to wear any kind of swimwear or other clothing items.<br><br>Please note that Thermae2000 has special swimwear days. On these days it is mandatory to wear swimwear in both the thermal baths and sauna.<br>- Each Tuesday is a swimwear day<br>- Each first weekend of the month, starting from Friday 17:00.<br><br>Please note that in December there are no 'no swimwear' days, except for 22 December. Guests can wear swimwear during this month.<br><br>Guests that would like to have more luxury, can get an upgrade for EUR 35 and have an overnight in a lifestyle room or suite.<p>Please inform Thermae 2000 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.</p>

“The rooms are big, the restaurant is sublime, and it's very comfortable to go to the spa in bathrope straight from the rooms.”

“The spa itself has great facilities although the booking procedure for activities is rather inefficient and chaotic. Also, it is pretty overcrowded and sometimes it is not possible to find a place in a sauna or steam bath. The town is very quaint and a short walk from the hotel, but the walk back is very steep and exhausting. With the prices charged for a room, I think it excessive to also charge for outdoor parking.”
“Nina,the waitress, was extremely helpful in the 3 areas in which she served us. She was in the bar, Pure restaurant in the mornings and the restaurant at night. She asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. I enjoyed seeing her smiling face.”
