“Located not far from Therme Loipersdorf (1.400 m) it is a traditional Austrian style 4-star hotel. The polite lady at the reception (Ursula) was incredibly friendly and helpful when we checked in, making us feel like home. We were offered a welcome drink and coffee and she spent some of her valuable time giving tips for the rest of the day. Breakfast was very good, fresh fruits and juices, fried eggs, variety of ham, bacon, cheese, selection of hot and cold cereals etc. The room was beautiful and clean with a nice view. Special thanks again to Ursula for being so friendly and having made our stay an unforgettable experience. Sure we will visit the hotel soon and we will recommend it to our friends and to everyone! A small indoors playground for kids is also available.”
