“Position was great for Universal Studios visit. 20 minute walk away. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Staff were helpfu with information about public transport around the area. They were also happy to store our suitcases for the day we checked out.”

“The air conditioner was very loud and rattled a lot also did not cool enough, we inspected it to find the filter was packed solid with dust so we cleaned it and relieved the problem, it would appear this has not been done for some time.we made them aware of the problem and suggested that the other rooms would be the same. This should not happen when the room cost was over $200 US .”
