“The moment we arrived, we were greeted by Nadira who made us feel very welcome. She said her boss upgraded our room to one of the best rooms in the hotel. She offered us tea and coffee until our room was ready and helped us knowing more about Istanbul and where would be nice to visit in our one week stay. The Bell Boy, Cuneyt, helped us with our luggages and helped us to get a taxi almost immediately every time we needed one. We had a wonderful time in this hotel for our honeymoon. Our room was cleaned every day and all the staff had a big smile all the time and they are very polite and professional. The breakfast is very good and there is a big selection to choose from. We ordered room service and ate in the Italian restaurant and the food was great every time. I even asked my parents to come and visit us in Istanbul and they stayed in the same hotel as us and they loved it too. Overall, it was a great experience and we will stay here again.”
“The superior room with city view was amazing. Wonderful breakfast, great spa, location not bad for such a big city (only 10-15 minutes walk to the Metro which is direct to the airport). Very friendly staff and very nice restaurant on the 17th floor overlooking Istanbul. Clean, quiet, comfortable, wonderful !!!!”

Particularly Inwould like to mention one staff who was excellent her name is Ms.Tugba, she was amazing she was so helpful, she greeted wih a beautiful smile which gave very good first impression, the way information was put on by her was excellent, nevertheless she is beautiful. She deserved more I guess and I would like to see her grow heights in that property. The reception for sauna and fitness should work on smiling at the clients. Housekeeper who was working on the 15th floor, I don’t remeber her name she was excellent and her work need to be appreciated as well. And Ms.Tugba’s friend who bought my bags to my room was an excellent guy with high potential. Tugba your the best”
