“A truly stunning boutique hotel in the historic Seteais Palace. Luxurious inside, with beautiful gardens, a very nice pool area and views down to the coast and up to the Pena Palace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, visiting the sights of Sintra in the morning then sitting by the pool for the hottest part of the day. The staff are very friendly and serve you in a very traditional way to high standards. Breakfast was very good, lunch on the terrace a nice respite from the walking up and down the hills of Sintra, and dinner in the great dining room was truly magical (if not a little quiet the night we were there). The location is fantastic, a 3 minute walk from Quinta da Regaleira and just 10-15 minutes from town. Hopefully, we will return.....”
“The staff was just wonderful, yet professional. Location is perfect, views (garden and castle or valley) are astonishing. Breakfast is very good and complete. Attention to details: Kings Day's cake and the bottle of Porto, daily chocolates, water and Sintra traditional cakes on arrival. I recommend the room nr. 5 to be able to enjoy the magnificent terrace. Excellent.”
