“Beds were comfortable & room was very quiet. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Complimentary Mickey themed shuttle buses were fun & very efficient. Bathroom layout worked well with family, particularly with separate toilet room.”

“The hotel is ideally placed for Disneyland and DisneySea visitors. A shuttle bus is available to go back and forth from the Disney monorail. You can check in in the welcome enter near the park and they will send your luggage to your room. They can send it back to the welcome center when you check out so you don't trouble yourself or waste any time in your Disney day!”
“Our room had a great view to Tokyo bay. There was a very beautiful sunset view when we just checked in. I liked the traditonal Japanese styled bath. It helped to ease the exhaustion from Disneysea.”

“Room size! Been in Japan 3 times, and always stay in 3 star hotel. This one has the biggest size. Value for money, free shuttle to Maihama Station, 5 minutes to Disney Resort by Metro Resort Line or 10 minutes by walk. Bed was comfy, breakfast excelent! With many various of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.”
