“This is a very typical beach motel, not great but not terrible either. For $99 in summer, I thought it was a bargain. Nice enough swimming pool, very limited continental breakfast. Good location - very convenient to both Yarmouth and Dennis, just look for alternate routes when traffic gets backed up on Rte 28.”

Front deck you get a view of the water. Kayak and paddle board rentals next door and across the street. very good especially for the great price !”
