“We stayed for one night only, and it was Saturday night. I personally think place is overpriced (maybe prices were higher that weekend) for what they offer. Staff was OK, not too friendly but they just did their job. Wi-fi wasn`t working but they had an optional wi-fi (personal phone in the room where you can set up hotspot) which was decent (honestly i would expect a bit more for Hong Kong and that price) and they said they had some improvements on wi-fi setup. Bathroom was small, but very clean and it had everything you need. Room was small, clean as well and beds and pillows were comfy. Overall, place is good, but i don`t know if you would stay again for that price.”

“The hotel was in a pretty good location and was a good 15 minute walk to Central. Sheung Wan MTR was minutes a way by foot. It’s easily accessible from the airport. I took the Airport Express then the complimentary bus shuttle and was dropped off near the hotel (it’s still a 5 minute walk uphill though). The hotel was easy to find. The concierge was very helpful during our entire stay. Although check in time was at 2 PM, as soon as the room was freed up, the concierge allowed early check in, which was good because I could leave my stuff already and head out for brunch. The Hollywood room was pretty decent and bright. Complimentary water was provided everyday. There was a mini ref. The free use of the phone, with the free WIFI, was useful in navigating the city. Very efficient and fuss-free check in and check out.”

“The use of the 'handy phone' and free roaming wifi device was so useful , what a brilliant idea. My initial room smelt strongly of damp and was so small that I could hardly fit in with my cases. ( on 25th floor) I complained and was swiftly reallocated a room on the 9th floor. The rooms do seem to vary a lot in the layout and the view. I stayed in this hotel twice on this trip. On my first visit I had the most fantastic room up on the 19th floor which was quiet , with beautiful panoramic views. The staff were so friendly and helpful, really kind and lovely. When I was leaving ( with 3 suitcases) and trying to get a taxi, the staff helped me with the cases and called over a taxi for me. So kind.”
