If you are not travelling with a tour group you can book a car whose driver will buy your Taj Mahal tickets for you, then drop you at the Oberoi to go up to the Taj in a golf buggy. None of which is essential but you feel like you are arriving in style!”

“Facilities were as you would expect in such a place, and everything worked well. Pool is very good and quite large. Extensive grounds, with peacocks roaming. They add to the luxury feel of the place. Staff, especially, dining room personnel, (M/s A/preet) were very helpful and pleasant.”
