“Beds are exceptionally comfortable as always. What I love the most is the Staff... the Staff is amazing, they immediately recognize me from previous visits and they are all very attentive. One time I showed up as early as 9am and was still able to check-in and receive a room without waiting, which was awesome, especially since I've just flown nearly 10 hours with barely any sleep.”
