“Where should I start? ... It was like coming home to your family. The whole staff was so warm and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner every day and it was so delicious. At breakfast you have a small but nice buffet and you can also choose from various egg dishes (french omlette with cheese, omlette with fresh tomatoes, omlette with sausages, etc.) and at dinner (three-course) you can choose from various soups, salads and main dishes. You can have a piece of fresh homemade cakes around the clock and every cake tasted fantastic. I don't know a better hotel then this one. We will definitely come again to Saint Petersburg only for this hotel. I can highly recommend this accommodation!”

“Really impressed by the politeness and willingness of the girls at the reception...I felt welcomed and at home! A part the bathroom that was a bit too small, everything was definitely perfect: hospitality, cleanliness, room well equipped and slippers, breakfast was great and you can eat home made cakes at anytime for free....even Russian soup. In the hotel it is possible to have a very good lunch and dinner and the price is affordable.”

“This hotel was really amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, all of the people there and in my stay I met a couple of different ladies at the reception. Hotel offers you free espresso coffee, soup, cakes, wonderful breakfast with juices from squeezed fruits and scrambled eggs in six varieties. Rooms were very nice and clean, and the hotel in general is very cosy.”

“The best thing about the hotel its staff, is extremely friendly, helping in whatever it takes. Breakfast very varied and of quality, every morning if you ask they prepare a coffee, orange juice and fried eggs. Large rooms with air conditioning. The perfect location to get to the center of St Petersburg walking. Of the best hotels we have been to.”

“Really, really friendly personnel extremely helpful no matter what you need! We arrived very late and got complimentary dinner, for breakfast we asked for fresh pepper; we couldn't believe it when on the next morning they actually bought it extra for us, I had a cold and they supplied us with medicine, etc. Rooms are not big but very nicely refurbished. Two metro stations are close bye (yet we recommend using Uber instead as the stations are huge greatly increasing travel time). Breakfast was ok, but you need to get used to the heavy russian breakfast. The eggs were very good and they always have a big selection of cakes.”

“Comfortable family hotel near the city center, one metro stop from Nevsky Prospect (30 minutes walk), in a quieter part of town. The staff is very kind. Breakfast is great, especially the pies you can eat at any time of the day. In addition, they also have soup of the day and coffee and tea at any time. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. You will get a bathrobe and slippers and each day a new bottle of water. Hotel deserves a high rating.”

“I have stayed with my sister for 2 nights at the hotel. The hotel was super clean, we were impressed that everything were in an order! There was plenty of options for breakfast and the staff was cooking you eggs, omelettes, scramble eggs etc at that moment if you asked for. The receptionists were helpful and gave explanations to all my questions! Thank you curly blond tall receptionist man and Marina! We will definitely introduce it to anyone and maybe in our next trip to St. Petersburg would choose it again!”
