- A security deposit of MYR 100 per room is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.<br>A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

“Staff friendly and helpful, I thought my room do have ghost. Because I put our teeth brushes box the basin and only i used on that night but morning can't be found at toilet... I asked the receptionist whether that room got spirit? Then she send the housekeeping staff help me find... So the room have clear, nothing and found the our teeth brushes box fall at dusbin at toilet, I and my husband find the whole morning cound't found even at the same dusbin.... Staff borrow trolley to carry all luggage, to our room.”
