“When they were late with our rooms they have us complimentary wine in the lounge, which was very nice.”
“There was an extremely minor mix up upon our arrival, at which time they upgraded our room unexpectedly! Originally we would have been in room 312, and were swiftly moved to room 509 an executive queen suite! Also they kindly came out to the lot in the cold weather and redirected us to the correct parking area which saved us over $40 for the night. Also the wine and cheese tasting and house-made crackers in our room were so so tasty! Nestled right in the downtown core with Central Station directly across the street was super convenient! We will definitely be returning There! (Excuse the mess in the photos, we took them as we were leaving)”
