Children and extra beds
- The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.
- Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- One child under 3 years is charged EUR 20 per person per night in a child's cot/crib.
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- All children are welcome.
- One child from 3 to 10 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.

- Access to the indoor pool, hot tub, Kneipp path and Turkish bath comes at extra charge. Use of the outdoor seasonal pool is free.

“This was a stop over en-route to a rented villa in Umbria. Had we known how nice it is we would probably have arranged to stay a few nights. We arrived late at night but the night manager was very friendly and helpful. When he saw I was on crutches, he let us leave the car directly outside the room. He invited us to have a drink at the bar and stayed open until we had finished. The views across to Todi from the deck outside the bar/restaurant were fabulous. We didn't use the pool as we had to leave the next morning and it would have been too difficult anyway with my broken ankle. We had a room that looked directly over the pool and it looked lovely. However, we were unable to open the shutters so couldn't properly enjoy the view, that was the only fault we could find with the place. We had breakfast, standard fare for Italy, fruit, ham, cheese, pastries etc. All very nice, coffee was particularly nice and the bed was very comfortable.”

“Bellissima struttura con una splendida vista sulle campagne umbre. Camere moderne, molto ben arredate e soprattutto molto pulite. Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Molto buona la colazione sia dolce che salata. Abbiamo provato anche la cena al ristorante che propone sia piatti di carne che di pesce e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Per chi soggiorna qui non può lasciarsi sfuggire l'occasione di passare qualche ora nella spa della struttura, merita veramente!”
