“Very little. We liked the bike rental from the hotel. We were very very very unsatisfied with our stay. Horrifically over priced, worse staff at any hotel we stayed in 3 countries, terrible horrible location, noisy, terrible view, ugly room, poor lighting, front door very far away from where rooms are located, they charged for local phone calls, no front desk staff after 11pm, it was the worst. Total waste of money in every way.”

“The location is directly on the river, the restaurant terrace overlooking the river. Very nice food plus nice location - perfect. Also they offer a shuttle bus to get around Leiden. As I was the only one on the bus on both days, the driver took me exactly to the building I needed to go instead of dropping me off at one of the designated stops. :-)”
