You can walk in to Varbergs fästning, a couple of km perhaps. You can also walk out to the lighthouse, you get a great sunset!”

“Lovely location by the sea with amazing sunset and great little beach. The beds were very comfortable and the Spa and restaurants were great. I had a foot treatment which was amazing and very professional, my husband was very happy with his massage. Book in advance if you can. We mostly ate in the Bistro (great food) as it was smaller and had a sea view, the terass outside beautiful. The staff in the Bistro were super friendly although felt sorry for them as it felt like they were understaffed. Liked the breakfast and overall facilities. Great that you can rent bikes and go to town alongside the ocean or to Apelviken with some great restaurants like John's Place.”
