“Breakfast is OK, not many choices. However, the service is excellent. The lady was so nice coming to the JR station telling us it was too late to take train to the Kumamoto downtown city.”

“룸 정말 깨끗하고 넓고 잠자리도 편했어요. 그리고 또 저희는 처음에 good view를 말씀 드렸는데 아직 청소가 안됐다고 하여 다른 방으로 안내를 받았는데 그 안내받은 룸도 뷰가 엄청 좋아서 놀랬어요. 더 좋은 뷰는 도대체 얼마나 좋길래... 호텔직원분들도 다 너무 친절하시고 어떠한 질문을 하면 정말 세세하게 하나하나 꼼꼼히 알려주심. 진심으로 고객에게 최선을 다하고 있구나가 확실히 느껴져서 너무 좋았어요.”

“早餐不錯，時段免費咖啡跟夏日刨冰大人小孩都喜歡!! 室內空間沒太大但是提供很多床位，家庭出遊住宿很棒。附近夠熱鬧，不過我們還是跑到很塞的市區了....。”

“今回家族4人で宿泊一部屋でした 仮のベッドをダブルベット間に入れていただきましたが、ダブルベットが広いので なくても4人可能でした。 清潔感もあり、バスタオル、フェイスタオル、別のフェイスタオルもあり助かりました 冷蔵庫も良く冷えますし、シャワーの圧も良いです。 チェックインアウトもスムーズで駐車場も広く、阿蘇山観光に立地も良いです 食事品数は少ないですが手作り感あり美味しかったです。 また利用したいと思いました。”
