“Staff here is super friendly and accommodating: front desk, restaurant and spa. When I arrived, another person was trying to checkin but they couldn't find his reservation because he didn't have any information with him. They were being so helpful and kind to him. It really impressed me, in addition to how friendly they were to me. Great facilities: super comfortable bed, and great layout of shower and soaking tub. The hotel is right next to the lovely park in town. Vichy water and mints in the room upon arrival are a nice welcoming touch. The front desk team explains everything thoroughly and then if you eat at the restaurant, this is another great experience. The whole team was very professional and friendly, and the cuisine is delicious. The spa team is very welcoming and helpful, and it is great that you can walk across the internal hallway to access it. I was sad to leave and that was only after one night.”

“Very nice location in a very calm park. Clean and comfortable decoration with the elements of Vichy, the furniture and interior design are all connected with the pattern of blue octagon, it is really cute and interesting. The bathroom is functional, the temperature of bath is settled at 38 degree and with the music from TV which made the bathing comes an enjoyment.Thus there are lots of mirrors which are really useful. Swimming service available for an accessible timetable which you can enjoy a nice time there. Amazing bed which is not too soft but very comfortable. Also at night they have the turn down service for your bed which is considerable and it is really luxury experience.”
