“The hotel is in an ideal location not to far from all activities and is modern. Rooms are clean and comfy, and although our room was facing the back we had a lovely view. The air con was fantastic to a point we forgot we were in 40 degrees heat. The prices were reasonable. After a disastrous beginning to our holiday, the manager offered us a free dinner on the roof as a apology which was really enjoyable.”

“Everything. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Arranging tours and trips was made easy by their in house tour guide named Rumbie (Batoka Safaris) who gave excellent advise for our short stay which enabled us to do more than we expected. A lot of attractions was within walking distance, but hotel offered free shuttle service to the falls. The locals were friendly and we felt safe walking around the area. The place was also very clean. The hotel itself provided evening entertainment from a unique african experience with drums and dancers to putting up a huge entertainment screen where they showed films (like a drive in). I would definitely recommend it as we had a wonderful and unforgettable time. Apart from the falls itself, a must go to place is the ‘look out cafe’ which was just stunning.”
