“Friendly service though the lodge could improve on booking communications. Environment was great. Lovely views of animals at the waterholes. There's a unique but noble culture of feeding the vultures. The restaurant served delicious food. We were treated like royalty”

“A safary Lodge in it's best: waterhole for animals watching, authentic africal design, perfect dining, complimentary minibar, three pools, lots of anomals on the territory. Staff is helpful, 5* standards are met Much better service than in Royal Livingstone Much better value for money and value per m2 than in Royal Livingstone”
“Expensive but worth it. Great location, lovely staff. The hotel organised collection from the border at Kazungula and drop off at the Vic Falls airport at the end of our stay. A regular shuttle bus into town. Good facilities. Don't forget to book a meal at The Boma next door - African Evening and all you can eat African BBQ. Mopani worms included. Amazing continental breakfast 'basket' delivered to the door in the mornings, included in the room price - for 'basket' read 'large tea chest'. Enough food for the week! Certainly more than enough for breakfast and picnic lunch. Victoria Falls is extremely expensive - expect to pay London prices for food / drinks and activities. However as the 3 day, luxury finale to a self drive camping holiday it was perfect.”
“Everyone made our trip an excellent adventure. Helpful in booking day trips. Lodge is perfect for viewing animals. Suites perfect for 4 adults. Drivers so helpful with taking us into town. I usually like to stay in town but would have then missed seeing the animals while we breakfasted. I always have some recommendations to make a place better. But this time I can't think of how this could be better!”
“We like all staffs; Mr. Jono (Hotel Manager), Gibson (receptionist), Rafael (room service), George&Mantahan (waiter), Chollete& Grace (tour service) and Austin (driver). We felt at home and part of VFS big family. The foods were excellent with great restorant view and spectacular sunset moment. All are awesome, my son & daughter are very desire with VFS.
