“the location is close enough to Venice where we visited. the restaurant, specialized in fish and seafood was good. the breakfast coffee was excellent. the room on our second night was big, comfy and quiet, facing a nice canal, and was real lovely. rooms equipped with a kettle and have coffee/tea.”
