“The stay was pleasant and exceeded our expectations. Despite being a budget room it was very clean and all the facilities including A/C and hot water worked. Spacious property and a nice garden to relax in, which opens out to the wide beach/sea. Friendly and accommodating staff.”
“The rooms were simple and well cleaned. Perfect for two adults and two children. Staff were very friendly and catered for our picky children well. Location to the beach was fab, although the beach the bay over is more spectacular so worth going on a tuk tuk to the next bay. The hotel had kids boogie boards and toys to use at the beach which was great.”
“We had a wonderful stay there. Great room, great place, great staff! The owner was very nice and helpful. Avoid the over priced accommodation in Hiriketiya and enjoy this place with great service and great location. 10min walk from Horse shoe bay and 2min walk from the shops.”
“Nice beach - almost no people, you can swim safely (but need to go couple of hundred meters to the left from the property). Very quiet (sea view rooms, not sure if your room faces the road).”
“Very nice design, property styling was beautiful. Open hearted friendly staff!”
“Beach was surprisingly quiet considering its right in the big city.beach huts were great and quiet.”
“Situated beach side in Dickwella - a long gorgeous unspoiled sandy beach. Very friendly and attentive staff putting us in a comfy room with sea view when arriving a day early to our booking.”
“I loved hearing the sound of the waves breaking onto the beach when I was in my room”
“if you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be. i had days when i was the only person around. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff in true Sri Lankan style are amazing.”
“Second visit on our trip to Sri Lanka. We loved it so much, we came back. The staff are amazing, the space is traquil, the beach is perfect (especially when you find the 'sweet spot' in the water) kindly ask to be fed Sri Lankan food and you will be spoilt! Will certainly come back yet again!”
