“Quiet area, same distance from metro or bus(Bus 60/62 or metro B), nearby ok restaurants and a big park, rooms are cleaned every day, the bath was spacious and the staff was always welcoming you with a smile.”
“The bed was so comfy! The bathroom was alright, the toiletries weren't great. The staff was really nice and helpful. I loved the complimentary breakfast!”
“Excellent location and value for money. 10 min walk to Bologna metro. 5 min walk to catch #60 express bus to/from Pl Venezia (25 min). Upscale residential neighbourhood, felt safe walking at night. Charming boutique hotel of 14 rooms, very clean, bed firm and comfy, room for one person decent size. TV decent size and a million channels. Did not try (free) internet. Breakfast area, inside and on verandah, charming and homey. Good variety for continental breakfast although nothing hot. Enjoyed made-to-order capuccino each morning. On-site cafe stayed open until about 9:30 each night (gave option to eat-in on sandwiches, etc if too tired to dine at resto). Staff uniformly friendly, all spoke English, very helpful re transport options, local places to eat, willingly made dinner reservations. Local dining options were pretty good (Pepe Verde, Momart Cafe, etc) but nothing exceptional. Spectacular park (Villa Torlonia) 5 min walk away.”
“Best hotel in rome absolutely amazing. Staff were incredibly helpful. Loved every bit of it”
“Wonderful, charming small hotel in the beautiful leafy embassy district. The staff were charming, friendly and helpful and the beds ever so comfortable. Continental breakfast was served in the conservatory and was plentiful and varied. It is very easy to access the tourist attractions of Rome via nearby bus or metro. The hotel is easy to access from the autostrada and offers under cover offstreet parking - a real bonus! Niccolas recommended the Pepe Verde traditional restaurant which is a short walk away and we couldn't have been more delighted with the food, wine and service. The hotel is located next door to the Australian Embassy which was perfect for us.”
“The breakfast is served in a quaint little veranda with retro furnishing. In the room there was a little booklet providing very useful information about the neighborhood of the hotel.”
“The staff was especially friendly and helpful. They printed off vouchers for our ticket reservations. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, yogurt, quiche, baked goods, Tuscan meats, coffee, juices, water. We had lunch there - sandwich and fruit/yogurt. We sat outside in the yard under the awning and had wine and snacks. It's a small boutique hotel (only 14 rooms) so the clients get lots of attention. The grounds were gorgeous with flowers and plants everywhere. Jasmine blooming, too.”
“The staff were wonderful, very friendly and the location was excellent. Nice and quiet and down a leafy street away from the noise of the city. Would definitely return.”
“Some accommodations you start counting from zero and add points for positive aspects. For Pirandello you start at 10 and it stays at 10. Only positive experiences from location, staff, accommodation, breakfast. For this price in Rome, there is no better alternative.”
“Having the room cleaned everyday, it was quite close to the metro”
