“Comfortable ultra modern room, firm king size bed, large shower, room climate control, strong WiFi in room (but not secure). Extensive free continental breakfast with free expresso drinks and American coffee. Right across the street from the train station, but still quiet. Minutes by train to Assisi, Spoleto, Spello; frequent direct train service to Rome, Perugia, Florence. In the heart of Montefalco-Bevagna wine and olive country. Old residential neighborhood with fine old mansions, short walk to historic old town with a number of good restaurants and weekend night life. Nice deli across the street; supermarket 300m. Very friendly, helpful staff. Reasonably priced. What more could you want in a base town for exploring Umbria?”
