“The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They remembered us from 4 years ago and greeted us warmly. Accommodation is top quality amid beautiful gardens with flowering plants including lavender. Convenient location at North end of Ballandean. Restaurant food is excellent - fresh and beautifully prepared and presented. Good wine list choice.”

The onsite restaurant was convenient with a fabulous menu - the chef excelled! The location was very central with wineries close by and hiking in Girraween Nat'l Park only a short drive away. Can't wait to go back in Spring when everything will be in bloom.”

“The cottages are delightful. Whilst close to the highway we were not disturbed by noise. There is plenty of room with a good size bathroom and outdoor seating area. Plenty of heating options for the cold weather including electric blankets (which we didn't find the need to use) The gardens are lovely and the hosts are really very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at the cottages and it was very enjoyable. The chef came and chatted with us afterwards. Breakfast was continental but they served homemade muesli and fruit preserves - loved the figs - we thought it was yummy. The Cottages are close by to the Ballandean wineries with just a couple of minutes drive to most. Very hand location. We would return”
“Warm, comfortable and roomy cottages, very clean, private from other guests. Friendly, helpful hosts. Delightful gardens. Plenty of room for two friends to share (usually these places are only set up for couples). Great location close to Tobins, golden gate & ballandean estate. ”
