“We had a couple of days at Kandy. We decided to stay at the Vino Villa. The location is nice a bit up the mountain that oversees Kandy. We had a very pleasant stay with a very nice owner who nearly had to give his life while bringing us to the trainstation. The traffic was very busy and we were a bit late but the friendly owner got us on time at the station. This was a very kind gesture.”

“The owner as well as the staff there were very friendly and went out of the way to help us in whatever we asked for. The rooms were spacious, well decorated and clean with a big bed. A nice little balcony outside each room with tables and chairs for the evening. Breakfast was excellent and had a good variety comprising of Lankan delicacies, fresh fruits and juices, hot beverages, eggs made as per your requirements, etc. The view from the Villa was just mesmerizing, as it was on a hilltop. Very close to the Kandy lake as well.”
