“Great location. Right in the downtown.Close to everything. Walking distance from most everything. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful room. Stayed in a Grand Chamber Suite. Extremely comfortable bed. Very quiet. Excellent stand-up tiled shower. Roomy and had two shower heads.Double vanity and good closet space. The snacks and bar goods were priced perfectly (i.e. Not expensive!) It was a corner room with a total of 6 large windows, all with blackout shades and curtains. Very, very clean. I don't think I have stayed in a cleaner room, seriously, Bravo! Hotel has a Tesla sports car, and they use it to take their guests anywhere they like within a two-mile radius. We got a wonderful ride to Union Station to catch the Amtrak. We had a great time here, and the Hotel was splendid. We will certainly return.”

“Rooms were very well appointed. We had a baby crying next to our room and they moved us to a lower floor within 15 minutes. Very much appreciated. Happy hour cocktails are delicious, especially the lavender mule.”
“The best hotel i have ever stayed in bar none. Complimentary social hour was awesome, staff were so friendly and helpful with places to go, directions etc. Room was spacious, clean and premium. Less than a 5 minute walk to most of the stuff we wanted to do.Didnt get a chance to try the food but if the rest of the hotel is to go by im sure its a 10/10! Would absolutely stay again and will be looking out for virgin branded hotels on my next holiday.”
“Virgin is our new favorite! This place defines the next generation of hotels - hip but not pretentious, classy but very welcoming, central but super intimate. I had put Airbnb-type of lodging as my prime choice but not until I got to experience Virgin. We loved everything about our stay! Easy check-in and check-out, great food and drinks at the Commons Club, super pretty chamber, just to name to few...Will be looking forward to your hotel openings in the other states esp in California!”

“I just LOVE this hotel - my partner and I typically love to explore, so we always try to stay somewhere different when we travel (and did quite a fair share of travel). However, when it comes to Chicago - we cannot get enough of this place and it became our automatic go-to. We like to get the suite - extremely spacious, the bed and shower are just perfect, we love all Virgin quirky details in the room, the rooftop is great for summer, love the book selection in the lounge, the staff is simply cool...literally love all of it!”
