“Great staff! My husband got sick before arrival to Barcelona and the W helped by getting him a wheelchair and extra help. There was also a national taxi strike the day we were leaving for the airport and they helped obtain a private driver.”

“W hotel is in Iconic and safe location. Staff were nice, smiley and supportive. Design of rooms were special. It was totally an amazing experince in the corner suite. I have to acknowledge the doorman who was there in the main gate after 4:00 pm on Thursday; November 16th. While opening the door of the taxi, he noticed that I forgot my mobile on the rare seats. He saved me a lot by doing so.”
