“Had a medical emergency while staying at the W Hotel Hoboken. The security staff was AMAZING!! Very responsive. Did follow up calls to see if I needed anything. It was great working with them. They even tried to work with the Front Office night manager to help bring my room rate down. Though, they were unsuccessful.”
