Some noises may be experienced and facilities may be temporarily closed due to these events. Please contact the hotel directly for detailed information.<br><br>You must show a valid credit card upon check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel beforehand.<br><br>On the following dates, the hotel will be hosting W Happenings in WOOBAR and WET BAR: 8 September, 28 October, 10 November and 31 December 2017. Access to the party is complimentary for all the in-house guests. Due to this event, some noise may be experienced, and the WET® pool area is restricted to patrons 18 years of age and older. Please contact the hotel directly prior to arrival if special arrangements are required.<br><br>From 6 November to 11 December 2017, WOOBAR will be closed for renovation. During the renovation period, please visit WET BAR on the 10th floor or YEN BAR on the 31st floor.<br><br>On 31 December 2017, road closure and traffic control will be implemented around the hotel due to a series of New Year’s Eve events in Xinyi District. Please schedule your travel plan accordingly.<br><br>Please note 100% room charge would be forfeited for any cancellation made on check-in day or no-show.
