“The hotel is new and modern with huge and clean room.”
“Perfect in every aspect there is nothing to fault. Staff was so warm n friendly they even offer to drive us to the nearest night market foc when we ask for food recommendations. Facility was brilliant n was heavenly for young kids. They allow drop off for kids so adults could get a short break too haha Breakfast was the best I have ever had in my entire life!!! Variety was mind boggling n sooooo delicious!!!! The whole family wish we could stay there forever”
“The indoor kids playground was good. While kids can play with toys, there is a section for adults to game.Food was nice. In terms of location, if you are not driving, it is a bit far from the city centre.”
“Staff are excellence, comfortable bed and good breakfast.”
“Our room view was spectacular, waking up to this view was truly a blessing. staffs were friendly and our room was spacious and very comfortable!”
“Great and very diverse breakfast. Very big family room. The bath-room was very luxurious. Great beds (good length too, which is sometimes hard to find in Taiwan when you are somewhat taller like me). Staff was very helpful. Parking is a breeze with a private parking. By far the most expensive hotel we had during our stay in Taiwan but the luxurious feel of this hotel does not make it overpriced.”
“Brand new hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Good for family with young children. There is a playroom on 2/F.”
“Kids friendly especially for those less than 4 years old. Staff are really friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay My kid can spend the entire day in the hotel room with the toys and books provided by the hotel.”
“The children's play center was fantastic. My kid didn't want to leave until the center was closed.”
“We stayed in the corner room on the 11th floor. The room was spacious, featured a balcony and the view from the window was just stunning! In fact, the bedroom wall and the shower room wall were full size windows, so one can enjoy a view to the mountains and city panorama while taking a hot bath or waking up in the morning. The hotel also featured a playground for kids (slide, (IKEA) kitchen corner, racing car simulators, etc) as well as a buffet restaurant. The choice of food in the restaurant was sufficient. It was a combination of Asian and Western cuisines. In addition, the hotel provided a free shuttle service from and to the Yilan train station. The car has space for 9 people. As a very pleasant surprise, we got a gift set during check-out including mini-bottles of toiletries and two tea cups with hotel logos. All in all very pleasant stay and would book again when visiting Yilan next time.”
